Infused Salted Chocolate Chunk Cookies

½ cup Cannabutter


You'll Need:n• large bowln• stand mixer or hand mixern• cookie sheets


Preheat the oven to 350°F.


In a bowl microwave the butter for about 40 seconds. Grab a large mixing bowl and combine the butter with the sugars until incorporated.


Add in vanilla and whisk in egg until mixture is smooth. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix your dough until it's soft and a bit sticky to the touch. Stir in your chocolate chunks. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a tablespoon, spoon out dough onto a baking sheet, I suggest 1-1.5 tbsp per cookie and space them out roughly 2 inches apart. Sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt on each cookie.


Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until you reach your desired cookie consistency.
