15 kg smoked Ham
Serves: 10 | Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 40 minutes
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Stud ham with cloves and sliced pineapple.
Roast ham for about 40 minutes until the outside has slightly browned and the ham has been warmed through. And pineapple has gained a bit of colour and become caramelized
Once the ham is out. Mix infused honey with cognac and using a brush, glaze the cooked ham.
Garnish with Maraschino cherries, serve and enjoy.
