Pork Crown Roast with Infused Herb Butter

1 crown roast about 6/7 lbs - tied and frenched (ask your butcher to do this for you)

Serves: 6 | Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 90 minutes

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Add herbs to canola oil with salt and pepper and rub all over the roast.

Cover top bones with tin foil to not burn.

Roast in oven for about an hour and a half until internal temp reaches 145 degrees.

Let the crown roast rest and then brush with tempered infused butter. Serve and enjoy
